2008 – 2010 – Accountant, CRF Riley, CPA – Managed a portfolio of tax and accounting clients for Quentin Riley, CPA. The Texas State Board of Public Accountancy requires 2 years working under a CPA in order to qualify for a CPA license.
2005 - 2008 – Director of Pricing, Phillips Services Corporation – Managed the pricing function for a nationwide environmental service corporation
2003 - 2005 – Director of Finance, Mercury Development – Oversaw construction financing of 3 residential condo developments in the Houston Heights. All projects were completed and sold
1993 - 2003 – Director of Transatlantic Pricing and Revenue Management, Continental Airlines – Oversaw pricing function for all Trans-Atlantic routes out of Europe to the US. Annual revenue responsibility of over $250 million
1990 - 2015 – Owner, Acanthus Lease Corporation – owned and managed a 10,500-sf commercial property located at 250 W 19th Street Houston TX 77008. The property has remained fully leased since the original acquisition in 1993
